Personal Statement
As a dedicated Physician-Scientist with a strong foundation in both clinical practice and basic medical sciences, I bring a unique perspective to the field of translational medicine. Holding a Master’s degree in Pharmacology with Distinction, I am currently pursuing a doctoral degree focused on diabetes research while actively mentoring and lecturing students in Pharmacology. My passion lies in bridging the gap between bench-side discoveries and their practical application at the bedside, contributing to meaningful improvements in patient outcomes. With several published research articles and others currently under peer review, I am committed to advancing scientific knowledge and translating it into effective clinical solutions.
