Head of Department - Prof. C. C. Anunobi
Professor Anunobi is a seasoned Consultant Pathologist and academic with over three decades of professional experience. His leadership at CMUL focuses on integrating molecular diagnostics into clinical practice, promoting research in cancer genomics, and expanding training opportunities for future pathologists.
He is particularly renowned for his work on prostate cancer in African populations, addressing disparities in cancer outcomes through molecular research and population-specific strategies.
