As an Associate Professor of Public Health Nutrition with 15 years of experience, my work has focused on teaching, advancing research, and community engagement to address the rising burden of noncommunicable diseases. My teaching philosophy emphasises critical thinking and real-world application, and I take pride in mentoring emerging public health professionals. Committed to translating research into policy and practice, I continue to collaborate with stakeholders to design sustainable nutrition interventions that improve population health and promote equity across diverse communities.
